1

Not a temporary hut, but a lifelong home

The basis of our houses is a massive steel frame. This makes the houses extremely strong, deformation-resistant during transport, and durable for over 50 years.

2

Warmth like in a brick house

No drafts or cold. We use top-notch PIR panels and triple glazing. Houses meet strict 2024 energy standards and are comfortable even in freezing weather.

3

Indoor production without delays

We build in a hall, protected from rain and snow. This gives us 100% control over quality and deadlines. Your house will be ready exactly on time.

4

Legal living with a house number

Our houses are not caravans. They are full-fledged buildings that can be approved for permanent residence and receive a house number.

5

An investment that makes sense

Thanks to the 'thermos effect', you save on energy. Moreover, a modular home retains its value and can be sold or moved in the future.

The house (especially for living) requires connection to electricity, water, and sewage (or septic tank/WWTP). Connection is fast as the house has all outlets ready.
We manufacture our standard houses in our plant exactly according to the chosen type within 4 months of binding order. We then prepare the modules for safe transport to you, where we place them on the prepared foundation within one day. Then we connect the modules inside and out, connect to utilities, clean up after assembly, and hand over your new home.
Under the new building law effective July 1, 2024, a building permit (or 'permit for intent') is always required for a building intended for 'living'. But no worries, our experienced architects and designers will guide you through the process and provide all necessary documents.
Standard houses have pre-defined execution standards. If they don't suit you, let us know. If technically possible, we will meet your needs. The price includes the complete structure, insulation, windows, doors, internal distributions, and basic bathroom equipment.
We use PIR panels (8cm walls, 15cm roof) which insulate like a 60cm brick wall. Comfortable from -25°C to +40°C. The 'Thermos effect' saves energy costs.
Thanks to the Welser steel frame construction and quality materials, the lifespan is comparable to a brick building, i.e., 50-80 years with normal maintenance.
